Do you know what is the difference between a team leader and a team member?

Leader is who cares about the team and dosen’t considers others just cogs in the wheel. One that cares about every person’s growth and development and wants to ensure that they are growing into the leader they aspire to be. And most importantly he\she inspires others!

Inspiration comes from within yourself. One has to be positive. When a person is optimistic, good things happen. Inspiration is the springboard for creativity. Inspired people view themselves as more creative and show actual increases in self-ratings of creativity over time.

Someone once told me: “the mediocre teacher tells, the good teacher explains, the superior teacher demonstrates, the great teacher inspires.”

To inspire the most important attributes to indulge in one’s life are one should be enthusiastic, need to earn trust, build people, admit ones own flaws and must be willing to work upon them.

INSPIRE TO INNOVATE . . .

Fun fact word innovation was also discovered by someone for the first time. If you define the word innovate its actually pretty simple i.e. to find something new to introduce something new. Now lets define new, have you seen a fresh clothing line by a company or designer now that’s something new, the design is new, the trend it starts is new and the fabric it uses is new .In conclusion anything that’s fresh , creative and different also unique is new !

The best feature of the word ‘innovate’ is that it gives you an opportunity to do something new, something different, something innovative. Someone said “ for someone to innovate one must be knowing the field inside out or at least have a degree in the same” which I believe is the myth that stops people from thinking better.
